Minimum order quantities vary by product and supplier, but typically range from 5-25 kg for most vegetables and fruits. This ensures cost-effective logistics while maintaining freshness. Specific minimums are displayed on each product page, and our team can work with you to find solutions for smaller quantities if needed.

We recommend placing orders at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability and optimal delivery scheduling. For large orders or specific seasonal produce, 3-5 days advance notice is preferred. Same-day orders may be available for select items based on inventory and location.

Standard delivery hours are Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer early morning deliveries (6:00-8:00 AM) for restaurants and businesses that need fresh produce before opening. Special weekend and evening deliveries can be arranged for larger orders with advance notice.

Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. Orders over RWF 50,000 qualify for free delivery within Kigali city limits. Standard delivery fees range from RWF 3,000-8,000 depending on distance and order weight. Premium delivery options (express, scheduled, or weekend delivery) may have additional charges.

Yes, business accounts can have multiple users with different permission levels. The main account holder can invite team members and assign roles such as "Order Manager," "Finance Viewer," or "Admin."
